About Us
We are a team of dedicated volunteers who are comitted to helping exprisoners to 'start a new life' to give them a chance to be free on the inside as well as free in the physical as well.

We believe you have paid your debt to society and should be given help and job opportunities that you can demonstrate that you can be trusted and do an even better job than most other able bodied others.
This vision came about after the team at exprisoners.co.uk attended a number of Kairos courses held in local prisons in Kent, UK. We very quickly realised that families of prisoners needed as much (if not more) help than inmates. We started putting together programmes of help of fun and fellowship with food and games involved for partners and children. Not only did it seem like a good idea, the feedback we got was very encouraging. When people we were close to were released, we kept in contact and were able to help in a number of practicle ways. Then we thought, 'what if we could get others to join us in our vision', 'what if employers could give exprisoners a chance in the workplace'. This is our aim, 'help, help, help, any way we can' practicle, mental and spiritual (if you want to talk about it), either way it is help unconditional.
The founders, Ken and Lin Vincent have been involved with prison work for many years. Lin was a governor for the Kairos project for a number of years, but we believe they have the best qualifications for the job ... compassion and love. They live in Kent and have one son and many foster children. As web manager for exprisoners.co.uk I can personally vouch for their honesty and integrity, I wasn't paid to say that, although perhaps I might ask them for some!' Gary of TMS
