Key on the inside on many occasions, we have found that people have issues that are actual only unlocked by you, ones that are on the inside!  We would like to help if we can, we may not have all the answers, but through our network of helpers and volunteers we will probably have someone who can help.  This can only work if we build a network of trust and mutual respect.  We are planning to have locations to meet at, all around the county.  A place to meet, chat and have a coffee and share in confidence. This may well take a little while to put together so please be patient with us and meanwhile, take advantage of the online facilities.

Why not set some realistic goals of your own.  Set some personal, family and work related goals that are achievable.  Then as you achieve them, you can set new ones and look back to see your progress.  By making them small and achievable, it will be encouraging for you and those around you.
